Located in Omaha, our services include inbound telemarketing, outbound telemarketing, a combination of both inbound and outbound programs, as well as many other creative services.

What we do:
Our agents are responsible for calling current and prospective customers while presenting and proactively selling cable products, services and alternative features.Agents in our center illustrate the personal benefits of the product/service and assist the customer in the selection of products or services that meet their interests while reaching desired sales goals.
What we require:
- At least 6 months of recent call center experience preferably in an outbound environment
- Excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English
- Experience with keyboarding, data entry or other computer experience.
- Excellent attendance history
- Ability to work Evening Shifts of 3-11pm w/required Saturday shift
- High school diploma or GED
