Patient Account Representative-Bilingual
Position Description
Early Out Services provides a variety of business office services to healthcare clients; i.e.; hospital, clinics, physician s office and is dedicated to receivables management services. This positions requires excellent customer service and communication skills as well as a background in medical billing or terminology. Experience in various software applications and computer systems preferred.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Our Patient Account Representatives are responsible for securing payments on physician and/or hospital bills by extensive telephone contact with patients and their insurance companies.
Education & Experience
- Possess one to three months related experience within the medical billing, receivables or insurance industry
- Possess excellent communication and customer service skills
- Must be able to speak Spainish and English fluently
- High School Diploma
