Responsibilities:

Within Global Business Consultings IT Strategy and Transformation team, the Director will lead and sell Business Technology solutions to Perot Systems Clients across industries and global geographies. The Director will assist or create proposals to achieve a clients strategic business technology objectives, enable profitability goals, align to industry drivers and deliver a step-change in operational and management performance. The Director will create proposals that provide a flexible but operationally proven framework for sustainable improvements. The Director will help clients design and implement high-performance IT organizations, strategies and achieve operational excellence by adapting best-in-class IT processes and services. A director will have accountability for selling and managing a profitable book of business.

Required Skills:

At least 7 years experience in executive presence and experience selling Technology Strategy and IT Performance Management engagements to CXO level clients

At least 7 years experience in IT Service Portfolio and Program Management

At least 7 years experience in IT Strategy: Understanding of IT trends and capabilities and their implication on business strategy

At least 7 years experience in analytical skills with proficiency in fundamental consulting and operations strategy tools, methods, and frameworks

At least 7 years experience in written and oral communication skills to executives

At least 7 years experience in industry standards for IT effectives and performance management (e.g., ITIL, CBM-BoIT, CMMI) as well as cost management and benchmarking

At least 7 years experience in Assessing and / or defining IT governance and control mechanisms

At least 7 years experience in Developing cost-benefit cases for IT investments and sourcing strategies

Proven experience in leading Business Process Reengineering/Redesign associated with major IT initiatives

Desired Skills:

At least 3 years experience in any of the growth markets is a plus and experience working in other countries and cultures

Strong network of business contacts

3 years as CxO or senior manager with P&L experience

Experience with leading the full lifecycle of selecting, designing, building, and implementing major ERP solutions

English: Fluent

Minimum Educational Requirements:

Bachelors degree required

Masters degree required
