Responsibilities:
:
Provide executive healthcare leadership to key Perot delivery organizations, teams and accounts
Set and align vision and strategy with company's and team's overall business objectives
Utilize proven healthcare leadership experience to positively impact current and future pursuits, and improve healthcare consulting delivery capability
Responsible for the integration, standardization, and delivery of consulting services
Responsible for assigned consultative sales targets
Participation in new business development, oversight of same store proposal development, review of proposals, participation in business development calls and pursuits; assist in ---Development of marketing materials
Staff and oversee consulting engagements
Identify transformation / implementation recruiting needs and assist with interview process
Hiring, Orientation, and training of new Associates
Quality assurance of ongoing engagements
Internal communications within the practice
Maintenance of ADOPTS framework, PMM, and other Perot - Methodologies within the practice
Responsible for compliance with rate card in pricing and delivery of services
Responsible for resource management management of bench
Manage and control the teams financial performance to meet or exceed revenue and profit targets
Be a leader within the Healthcare Solutions Group organization - provide the vision and direction for planning and execution -- increase the scope and success of relationship with clients.
Operate effectively in a matrix environment interfacing between Perot, client and various vendor organizations.
Meet or exceed performance objectives - particularly as measured by client satisfaction surveys
Evaluates and improves on effective communication and status reporting to key decision makers and financial and resource management staff
Drive the healthcare consulting capability message and articulate the delivery models and methodologies to current and perspective clients
Required Skills:
15+ years leading Healthcare Consulting engagements
10+ years people management and leadership experience
Track record in developing 5-10 million dollars a year in revenue
Strong knowledge of Health Care Provider business and clinical processes, applications and information flows with experience in complex environments
Knowledge of key vendors including Cerner, Epic, Eclipsys, GE, MEDITECH, Siemens and McKesson with primary focus of MEDITECH.
Experience within healthcare IT and/or outsourcing environments; Provider and clinical applications management background
Experience meeting financial targets, P&L, EVA, Cash flow, Margins. Strong understanding of financials and financial management experience
Consultative approach to solving client business issues
Executive presence and communications - articulating a vision, strong listener
Proven organization skills with ability to set priorities based upon business objectives
Client and vendor relationship building skills - can build trust and respect
Desired Skills:
Ability to manage well in a complex, dynamic environment
Leadership, matrix management, cross-entity communications capabilities
Strong team building, people development, coaching, mentoring, motivational skills
Understanding of people issues, sensitive to political aspects of account and delivery teams
Minimum Educational Requirements:
BA degree required
Masters preferred healthcare/business field
