Position Description

ECA currently has a new opportunity for an ambitious, career-oriented individual to join our branch management team. Multi-Line Branch Managers are responsible for maintaining operational success at a specific ECA location through the successful management and administration of our multi-line product offerings. This includes coaching, developing and directing Customer Service Representatives in the branch so that the entire branch team achieves the company goals and is successful in:
 
-          representing ECA in line with our corporate purpose and principles
-          creating community awareness of our products and services
-          executing local marketing initiatives
-          educating customers on loan products, services and contracts
-          conducting daily financial transactions
-          achieving consistent branch revenue growth
-          providing superior customer service
-          working with area repossession companies
-          accurately appraising vehicles for loan values
-          lien filing and related DMV paperwork
 
Successful Multi-Line Branch Managers are detail-oriented, driven by the achievement of measurable goals, and dedicated to their team’s overall success. Candidates should possess strong sales, administrative, communication and computer skills, as well as the proven ability to manage priorities and multiple-projects simultaneously. Previous supervision experience in customer service, retail, consumer finance, marketing, banking or collections is required, as well as at least two years of previous managerial or leadership experience in a business environment. All associates must have reliable transportation. 
 
Managers must be available for at least a 40-hour work schedule. The work schedule will often vary from week to week in order to best meet the branch needs, however managers must be available for their 40 hours to fall anywhere from Monday-Friday, 8:00AM to 8:00PM and Saturday 9:00AM to 3:00PM. Working on a Saturday during a given week will result in additional time off between Monday-Friday to maintain a 40-hour schedule.
