Seeking individuals who are motivated with strong sales skills.   Accepts and disburses funds to credit union members and posts transactions to accounts accurately and efficiently to provide effective teller services. This position will also be responsible for presenting and explaining a number of credit union products and services to members and assisting them to utilize these products and services. Includes assisting members opening new accounts and making changes to existing accounts, while effectively cross-selling credit union services. Interviews members and reviews loan applications for a wide variety of consumer loans.

Minimum requirements include One-year experience working in a customer service position in a financial institution, a thorough knowledge of all types of account ownership, account classifications, as well as a broad knowledge of credit union services. This person requires an ability to communicate effectively with prospective and current members while cross selling additional credit union services and to represent the credit union in a positive and professional manner. Preferred: Relevant training in a credit union, bank or other financial institution.  Bi-lingual Spanish skills.

Ability to operate general office machines and equipment such as photocopier, fax, adding machine and computer. Ability to accurately add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
