We are specialists in end-of-life care, caring for people with terminal illnesses in a loving, sensitive and personal way that allows patients to spend the final days of their lives with dignity, in their own homes, nursing home, assisted living facility and hospital, surrounded by family and friends. We have full-time physicians and a staff certified palliative medicine physician to manage pain & symptoms. We employ registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, BSW/MSW/LCSW Social Workers, Certified Nursing Assistants, Chaplains, physicians, and bereavement specialists, in a team approach to deal with the individual needs of hospice patients as well as the needs of the family members.
