Portuguese Speaking Inbound Hotel Sales Representative

Primary Objective:
To handle incoming calls from the United States, Mexico, Central & South America, will strive to meet or exceed sales goals and assist customers with reservation/inquiry transactions and will provide high quality service that projects a friendly, professional image of represented hotels.

Job Requirements:

• Prefer candidates that can work 40 hrs/wk but will consider part-time 
• Must be available to work Mon-Sat & possibly Sundays with schedules between 8am-7pm
• Must be able to speak & understand both Portuguese & English clearly  (prefer knowledge of Spanish also)
• Prefer candidates that speak Portuguese or Spanish as a first language & English as a second language
• Excellent communication skills
• Customer service experience
• Sales experience is preferred
• Computer aptitude-Windows XP, Word preferred
• Ability to type a minimum of 20 wpm
• Positive job history (12 months or more in previous jobs)
• Previous telecommunication work is a plus
• Must be able to attend all training sessions
