Arranges, schedules and coordinates community supports, i.e., transportation, housing and child care. Arranges job shadowing experiences and informational interviews. Develops and coordinates community-based evaluations, including OJE's and OJT's. Analyzes and synthesizes client medical, demographic and employment information. Analyzes client strengths and barriers.Provides individualized planning and Individualized Plan for Employment (IPE) development. Provides information about jobs and their requirements. Provides job development activities to identify employment opportunities. Provides job placement assistance. Provides job retention assistance. Develops and manages partnerships with employers, referral sources and schools. Presents information about Vocational Rehabilitation to community groups. Provides outreach and liaison activities with referral sources Provides follow-up monitoring with clients relative to college process and job searches, Employment  Warranty monitoring and employment follow-up. Conducts the initial interview.  Provides career counseling.  Provides disability counseling. Provides personal adjustment counseling. Provides Job Seeking Skills training. Uses the electronic case service data system (QUEST). 

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelors degree in business, marketing, vocational rehabilitation or directly related area. Majors in other disciplines may be considered with a minimum of two years work experience in a professionally related area. Preferred: Experience interacting with persons with significant disabilities, and bilingual in English and Spanish. Valid driver's license or ability to provide independent authorized transportation. Travels independently and works in a variety of settings.
