Position Description
Planet is looking for Level 1 Technical Support Agents for a major Omaha based client to work part time overnight shift hours. Candidates will need to work either Monday thru Friday from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM or 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and have he ability to train at least one week of day time hours.
Agents are responsible for the support of the end user community by resolving hardware and software application issues related to desktop and network computing, managing shift task assignments, and ensuring proper execution of shift handoff tasks and SLA reporting. Desired skills: Active Directory, Remedy Ticketing System, proficient typing and excellent Customer Service. Must have strong skills in Microsoft Office and some knowledge of Active Directory
