TEAM is searching for a talented Business Analyst who will work directly with our nation-wide client base of building service and security contractors. This role creates value in a variety of projects including business analysis, process improvement, software requirements development & documentation, delivery and implementation of software solutions in our clients’ operations. Most of your time will be billable, and the combination of TEAM’s close client relationships and your reputation for results will build a cycle of repeat engagements with our largest and most respected customers.

Primary Responsibilities

• Perform detailed discovery of business processes and needs with clients.
• Create documents that clearly articulate findings, requirements, proposed solutions, and scope of work.
• Work with developers and agile team members to build, test and implement software solutions.
• Execute a consultative sales approach in partnership with the sales team and account managers, to identify prospective service clients, interview, validate, and close consulting business.
• Manage projects for on-time and on-budget delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis and project management in a software or technology environment
• 2+ years of consulting for external clients
• Able and willing to travel 70% of the time
• Strong analytical and product management skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements
• Proficient with a range of Microsoft products including Office, SQL, Project, Visio, etc.
• A passion for problem solving and for learning new things on a daily basis
• Superior verbal, writing and presentation skills, along with a track record and demonstrated capacity to interact professionally with a diverse group of executives, managers, and subject matter experts
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, MBA preferred
